Hello Again –

I finally took pictures of the outside of our condo –

Hi Again –

So today we went to an estate sale – I found this beautiful old table.  It has two sides that fold down – and everything was made without using one nail.

The way furniture was made years ago amazes me.

It will last and last for me to pass down to my children.

Here is the story how we got this home…

The estate sale was down the block from us – Pete used a dolly to put the table on and wheeled it home… I wonder what that must of looked like.  I was not there for that.  What a great guy to do this for me..

Well here’s the table – Isn’t it absolutely beautiful.

I would love to share with you what I received from the wonderful man in my life –

He made my mother’s day so special – He did everything I wanted to do and then some –

After all he did – he came into the room with this beautiful picture (a picture he took over this past winter) he had it put onto canvas and then framed.

It is one of the most beautiful pictures he has ever taken…

I love it so much –

This was taken right down the street from where we live..

It now has a place in the Family Room so I can see it every day..

I have crossed stitched this from the girls a long time ago – but it really says what they believe about there Dad ..if you can’t read it – it says

Of all the blessings I’ve possessed MY DAD among the very best.

I’ve been wanting to share with you all this cute little pillow I made many years ago.

I think I was just learning cross stitching.  It now hangs in my guest room.

I only measures 3”x2” but it is just so cute.

So easy – Purchased 2 grapevine wreaths – One bigger then the other. Put the smaller one inside the bigger one, used metal ties to hold them together, attached the red and white check ribbon – I love this ribbon – it is burlap and has wire so it keeps its shape..

Put the burlap roses on and attached from behind – used another metal tie to attach the little nest with the eggs and then just clipped the bird onto the nest.. 

Purchased everything at Michael’s Price $10.00 Love the price.

Most everything is 50% off this week…YEA….

Our dining room – all clean and sparkling.

These little bunnies were purchased in Spiegel many years ago – I keep them in the china cabinet all year – just can’t put these little guys away.

So here it is- Finally got all my pictures together – sorry it took so long.

We redid our laundry room over the summer 2013 – I love it.  Pete painted and wallpapered.

He did a beautiful job.

We had a local carpenter put up the shelf and cabinets.

I love the shelf – Gives room for all those little things you need as you do your wash.  And a few decorative things as well.

The little cabinet holds the large box of Tide, large container of Woolite  and large items I need for my jewelry business.

Here is my jewelry shop…I love it…It was once a large closet and we took the door off to create this beautiful space.

Pete put 2 cabinets on the floor and purchased a large piece of formica table top – just put it on top of the 2 cabinets and that was it.

I had a light put in for task lighting.

Here is a close up of the space.

The girls brought me the bulletin board and I added to it with the other small shelf – It leave more room for my projects.
